We're getting closer!

December 18th is a mere 3 weeks away, and I'm getting more and more excited everyday. Of course there have been a couple of set backs like a few family members not being able to make it to the wedding, but most of everything has been taken care of up to this point and Ben and I feel so blessed to have our family in our lives that are taking so much time out of their days to make this one night special for us!

Ben came to Jonesboro this weekend and met some of my closest friends. It was good to get the stamp of approval but I kind of figured they'd all adore him as much as I do! :) It's a long 5 hours between us, but pretty soon the trips will subside, and we'll get to spend all of our days together. God has really blessed us with a special relationship and I'm so grateful!

Baby news: I have an ultrasound scheduled for December 8th. Ben won't be able to be there for the appointment. So I'm toying with the idea of waiting to find out the sex of the baby til our wedding day. It would be nice to have some heads up before Christmas though. We'll see if the little one cooperates and will go from there. I'm so excited about all these changes. I've managed to have a sick and fairly stress free pregnancy. Ben says he can see me glowing, but I haven't caught that glimpse yet. Haha. The weight fluctuates from day to day. I think I've gained about 3 or 4 pounds for sure since week six, but everyday seems different. My pants are tighter and I recently tried on maternity clothes, but wasn't too crazy about the idea yet. ;)

The semester is coming to an end and I have my last two clinics this week. It'll be one more change in my life to go back from school and into the work field, but I'm looking forward to it. Please keep our future little family in your prayers, as we are excited about spending our lives together, but know it won't be easy everyday. Hope the holidays are kind to you and yours and keep posted for more news to come!

We love ya!

Kelly & Ben
